"C" Hose Conundrum

Is this "C" hose connecting the top of the coolant reservoir, to the driver's side center radiator too short? I think so. Also, I don't believe the shape of the hose is correct for the application.

EDIT: VF shipped the wrong hose. They have since replaced the hose (with a longer one), and all is well.
